Delamar Mystic is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Banquet Bartenders to join our events team. As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service during weddings, corporate events, galas, and private parties. Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper inventory, stock levels, and presentation standards
- Engage guests with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality
- Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and local regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Greet guests and provide outstanding beverage service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Previous bartending experience in upscale or high-volume environments preferred
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Compensation: $16.94/hour (base pay) shared gratuities.
