Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage, directions, and parking needs.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using manual transmissions and Delamar parking protocols.
- Provide prompt and courteous bellhop services, including luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms or destinations.
- Maintain clear communication with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with valet ticketing, cash handling, and accurate record keeping to support efficient operations.
- Support guest requests for local information, transportation arrangements, or special accommodations.
- Uphold safety standards by following proper driving procedures and ensuring vehicle security at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred.
- Ability to operate Delamar's parking facilities confidently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
