Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services or products
- Transcribe messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Request documents from clients, scan documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
