Engineering Systems Technology is a privately owned fire alarm and engineering company operating for over thirty years in the south Florida market. We seek the right individual to join our family as a front desk receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Other office related task
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Work well in team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
