Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, based in Orlando, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing bankruptcy cases, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and developing strategies for clients. The role involves negotiating settlements, collaborating with colleagues, and representing clients in court proceedings. The candidate will be expected to stay informed on labor and employment laws and related legal issues.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, with a particular focus on Bankruptcy Law and familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and crafting effective legal strategies
- Excellent Research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Highly developed Negotiation and communication skills
- Active Bar membership in the state of Florida
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to ethical legal practices and client-focused service
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
