Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Associate Attorney based in Orlando or Tampa, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of bankruptcy cases, including client consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, court appearances, and case management. The position involves offering strategic legal counsel, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality representation to clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in bankruptcy law, Chapter 7 and 13s, including case management and court representation
- Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and writing legal briefs and documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal software and technology relevant to case management and research
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
- Experience in client consultations and relationship management is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and providing excellent client service
