Overview
We are seeking a responsive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage client accounts, and manage production for our Repairs department. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, excellent time management skills and a can do attitude. You will be responsible for roofing repair jobs from cradle to grave. The sale, scheduling, and production management.
Responsibilities
- Estimate pre-scheduled leads for metal & shingle roofing repairs
- Communicate & coordinate with both prospective & current clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closing deals, including negotiation and upselling strategies as well as scheduling production crew.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and ongoing account management.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits tailored to client needs in technology or retail sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing and/or residential construction
- Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools for managing contacts and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in account management, upselling, and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
This is a generous commission based position that includes company provided vehicle, cell phone, gas card, and electronic devices. Vehicle will be equipped with everything you need to do your job. Some training will be needed for software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78, $144,000.00 per year
