Responsibilities
- Generate new roofing sales through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to determine customer needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Educate customers on roofing solutions, products, and processes.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation, and insurance claims (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license.
