Dean’s Professional Services is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our growing team in West Houston. We specialize in healthcare staffing, and we’re looking for a motivated professional with a passion for connecting top healthcare talent to life-changing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare Talent Placement: Recruit, source, and interview candidates for allied health and revenue cycle positions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates, employees, and healthcare clients.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pool of qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
- Community Engagement: Represent Dean’s Professional Services at job fairs, healthcare association events, and industry networking functions.
- Data & Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate and client information in staffing systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of staffing experience in healthcare, with a focus on phlebotomists and allied healthcare.
- Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems; experience with TempWorks or other staffing software is a plus.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Spanish-speaking abilities a plus, but not required.
