What You’ll Do
- Recruit, source, and screen candidates for phlebotomy, lab, and additional healthcare roles.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle: posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Support multi-state recruitment, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulations.
- Build pipelines of healthcare talent through proactive sourcing.
- Partner with internal teams to meet client staffing needs quickly and effectively.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (phlebotomy/lab preferred).
- Experience with multi-state recruiting and compliance.
- Strong sourcing skills (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple openings.
- ATS experience (Bullhorn a plus).
