Our client, a long-established, family-owned agribusiness, is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to lead and strengthen their wholesale business as part of an intentional leadership transition.
This is a senior, high-responsibility role for a professional who thrives on ownership, exercises sound judgment, and can operate in a fast-moving, non-bureaucratic, family-owned environment. Relocation is required.

Decision-Making & Authority
\tResponsible for day-to-day wholesale decisions, including pricing, rebate programs, inventory management, and execution.
\tOperates with a high degree of trust and discretion within the wholesale function.
\tCollaboration with company leadership is for alignment, not approval.
\tDesigned for someone comfortable being accountable for outcomes and operating independently.
Key Responsibilities
\tManage wholesale price sheets: creation, adjustment, and maintenance.
\tOversee rebate programs: calculation, tracking, reconciliation, and coordination of payments.
\tLead forecasting and inventory planning for wholesale operations.
\tCoordinate A/R-related sales activities and internal reporting.
\tManage warehouse and inventory through internal systems, including product counts, reconciliation, and EDI workflows.
\tWork directly with supplier representatives and vendor partners.
\tCollaborate across wholesale and retail operations.
\tSupport development of in-house wholesale programs.
\tRepresent the company in meetings with vendors, partners, and industry contacts.
