Part-Time BDC Appointment Setter (Top Tier Talent Wanted)

DBS Building Solutions is a leader in commercial cleaning and building maintenance, proudly serving over 1,300 customers across 10 states. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter to join our Florida team.

This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and knows how to turn cold outreach into qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns
• Make 20 calls per hour with confidence and professionalism
• Engage decision-makers, uncover needs, and create interest in our services
• Overcome objections and effectively position our value
• Maintain and update our prospecting database and follow-up systems
• Research target accounts and identify key contacts
• Consistently meet and exceed activity and appointment-setting goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in inside sales, BDC, or high-volume outbound calling
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Position Details

• Part-time: 25–35 hours per week
• Location: Clermont, FL (in-office)
• Schedule: Daytime hours only — no weekends
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation

• $18/hour base pay
• Monthly commission opportunities (uncapped earning potential)
