DBS Building Solutions is seeking qualified commercial cleaning and building maintenance COMPANIES to join our team to service commercial accounts located in KANE and MCHENRY counties. If you have a cleaning COMPANY and LOCAL CREWS to these areas, please read on!

We handle the customer acquisition, billing, and customer service, while your team can focus on providing consistent, reliable, and professional services. You will be paid monthly, per job, with a payout statement with each monthly payment.

What YOU MUST Provide:

-Quality Cleaning Services/Professional, Reliable, and Experienced Crew!
-Equipment & Supplies (Commercial Grade Cleaning Tools and Cleaning Solutions)
-General Liability Insurance ($1M/Occurrence & $2M/Aggregate)

EXPECTATIONS AS OUR SERVICE PARTNER

· Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, retail stores, medical centers, and industrial sites

· Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

· Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely

· Follow detailed cleaning protocols and schedules to meet client expectations

· Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

· Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning operations

· Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with clients and team members

· Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services

· Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts

· Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively

· Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
