Job Title: Part-Time Night Janitorial Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of a commercial facility in Chesterfield, MO during evening hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Schedule:

• Part-time (typically 15–30 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday (no weekends)
• Evening/Night shifts (example: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM or later)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Maintain floors by polishing, buffing, or using floor equipment as needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use cleaning equipment
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments

Work Environment:

• Indoor commercial or office setting
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals (training and PPE provided)
• Quiet, after-hours work environment

Additional Requirements:

• Background check is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
