Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Appointment Setter, located in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Appointment Setter will handle lead generation, schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout interactions. The role includes consistent engagement with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to support the solar and roofing sales process.
Qualifications
- Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Lead Generation and building prospect pipelines
- Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
