Position Description
As an Appointment Setter at BrightEra Services, you will be responsible for scheduling strategic appointments with potential clients interested in our energy solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying prospective clients, managing calendars, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process. This is a hybrid position, so some tasks may be performed from home, although you will be based in Orlando, FL.
Requirements
- Experience in appointment setting and appointment management, as well as lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a wide range of clients and teams.
- Proven track record in customer service with a strong service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and organization.
- Previous experience in the energy efficiency sector or in sales will be considered a plus.
