High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of office or inventory-related experience, or 2 years within the company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word.

Part Number Creation & Maintenance
- Create new part numbers by verifying configuration, shelf life, HTS/HTC/Schedule B codes, Hazmat classification, and descriptions using manufacturer and fastener standard catalogs.
- Maintain and clean up part number data, including:
- Item merges and cross-references
- Unit of Measure (U/M) changes
- Cost/price multiplier updates
- DAC pack entries
- Part number formatting solutions
- HTS code loading and maintenance
- System note entry
- Identify shelf-life items and maintain proper coding.
- Run monthly expiration reports and communicate scrap listings to warehouses.
- Collaborate with warehouses and suppliers to manage aging or expiring inventory.
- Process and review inventory adjustments over $500 or using designated codes (e.g., RERR).
- Manage item status changes and write-off workflows for purchased or sold items.
- Import and upload PCN data into inventory systems.
- Research and track product obsolescence and revision history.
- Generate and maintain a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly reports including:
- PEM pieces and cost summaries
- Upcoming product movements
- Inventory status by division
- Expired product tracking
- Contract review and error reports
- Sales performance and system form checks
- Process and document yearly write-offs and annual scrap.
- Run and interpret zero-activity and slow-moving inventory reports.
- Perform work order entry and costing.
- Review and validate daily work order costing.
- Support the Asset team in executing stock rotations and implementing supplier stocking packages.
- Create and manage user credentials for supplier websites.
- Audit and remove outdated access.
- Upload and maintain training content on the internal Wiki platform.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Asset team to adjust system costs and customer invoices.
- Analyze monthly inventory quality reports from corporate.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve location-based inventory issues.
- Participate in system testing and implementation.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays.
- ERP/inventory system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTS/HTC codes, Hazmat classification, and shelf-life tracking
- Strong data entry, reconciliation, and item setup skills
- Accuracy in data validation and reporting
- Investigative skills for resolving discrepancies
- Ability to interpret and act on inventory trends
- Strong written and verbal communication
