Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Wilmington, MA. The role involves providing fastener solutions, managing inventory, and offering top-tier customer service. Daily tasks include handling product inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers, and supporting engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in fastener applications and knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication and Metalworking
- Skills in inventory management and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in Industrial Electronics Industries is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, MA
