Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established protocols.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests during interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and janitorial duties is advantageous.
• Experience in industrial cleaning environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
