Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
• Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and operate janitorial equipment responsibly for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and outdoor work experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong client communication skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive relationships with customers..

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
