Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math skills.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while merchandising promotional materials effectively.
- Assist in stocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
- Provide product demos when necessary to inform guests about available services or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment and assist in supervising junior staff when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred, particularly in a grocery store or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
