Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation, including GC, HPLC, ICP, UV-Vis, FTIR, and other analytical equipment as required
- Analyze laboratory data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to production, quality, and engineering teams
- Investigate product quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure laboratory testing complies with established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and standards for laboratory testing and analysis
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and test results in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- 2 years of analytical laboratory experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment
- Experience operating analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP, FTIR, UV-Vis, or similar laboratory equipment
- Strong understanding of analytical testing methods, laboratory procedures, and quality control practices
- Ability to interpret laboratory data and prepare accurate technical reports
