One of ourmanufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Waterloo, IN.
Pay Rate:$30/hr - $34/hr
Shift:2nd/3rd shift
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated manufacturing equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Install, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery as needed
Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS software
Participate in equipment upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment
Salary : $30 - $34
