Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Coordinator to support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs at their Three Rivers, MI facility.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily Health, Safety, and Environmental activities throughout the facility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits, and hazard assessments
- Identify potential workplace hazards and work with department leaders to implement corrective actions
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries and assist with root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, training, corrective actions, and other HSE activities
- Coordinate employee safety training, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, hazard communication, emergency response, and other required topics
- Assist with OSHA compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Support environmental compliance activities, including waste management, chemical handling, and environmental documentation
- Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure proper labeling and storage of hazardous materials
- Monitor and promote proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in an HSE, EHS, Safety, or Environmental role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Familiarity with hazard assessments, incident investigation, and corrective action processes
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
