One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee maintenance operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI location.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team
- Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations
- Manage maintenance work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required (technical degree preferred)
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
