Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Mechanical Engineering Leader / Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PE license required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC design for acute healthcare facilities
- Minimum 8 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Direct design and leadership of healthcare facility mechanical systems and central plants
- Provide project leadership, team mentorship, and foster a culture of trust and excellence
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and managing contracts
- Incorporate sustainability, code compliance, and decarbonization principles in design
- Cultivate client relationships and pursue new healthcare project opportunities
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
