Project Manager – Transportation Design

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Transportation Design position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2 years of design project management experience required
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin PE license within one year of hire
• Manage multiple transportation design projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
• Oversee design teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong communication skills for client interactions, conflict resolution, and interdepartmental collaboration
• Experience with roadway design (WisDOT or municipal preferred) and preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and technical documentation
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software required; Civil 3D experience strongly desired
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative with a focus on continuous learning and teamwork

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
