Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- 5–10 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, ideally with industrial construction and design/build projects
- Expertise in structural, civil, fire protection, and MEP estimating across all project phases (SD, DD, CD)
- Lead bid efforts from start to finish, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, and buy-out support
- Mentor and support junior estimators on scope reviews and estimating practices
- Ensure estimating accuracy through detailed reviews, cost analysis, and timely deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to align costs with project goals
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools; strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 85% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 6% 401(k) match, PTO, and 11 paid holidays. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 4 days in-office and 1 remote, and hours are flexible (8–5 or 7–4).
