to join their team in Lordstown, OH, where they are building a groundbreaking $500 billion industrial manufacturing facility. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent position include:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Field Engineer overseeing large-scale construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience (10 years hands-on may be considered)
• Manage electrical systems installation, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
• Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors to meet project milestones and stay within budget
• Enforce site safety compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review and analyze construction and electrical drawings for accuracy and feasibility
• Maintain project reports, track progress, and manage change orders for electrical scope
• Coordinate electrical materials, inventory, and delivery to avoid project delays

Salary:
$70,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits:
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 15 days of vacation, 16 paid holidays (including a floating holiday), $3,000/month per diem with paid trips home every 3 weeks, $500 monthly truck allowance, $100 monthly cell phone allowance, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage with a large portion paid for both individual and family plans.
