Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer (PE) position include:

• Must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering
• 10–20 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in public works or municipal infrastructure
• Manage and design large-scale infrastructure projects including streets, water, sewer, bridges, subdivisions, and stormwater systems
• Lead and mentor engineering staff and support project teams
• Oversee construction, perform inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance (MS4/stormwater, DOT, etc.)
• Collaborate with private developers, contractors, and public agencies on project execution
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and ArcGIS for design and project tracking
• Develop budgets, write grants, and review development proposals and construction documents

Salary:
$87,000 - $119,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
