BIM/VDC Specialist

Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM/VDC Specialist position include:

• 5 years of experience in BIM, 3D modeling, construction technology, or related field, with strong Revit and Navisworks skills required
• Mechanical piping or MEP project experience highly preferred
• Manage scope using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
• Create and maintain high-quality BIM models and assist with constructability reviews
• Prepare 3D drawings and shop drawings for field and prefabrication use
• Interpret construction documentation across disciplines and participate in coordination meetings
• Export model data and support visualization needs for field crews
• Assist in developing junior personnel and uphold company/client BIM procedures

Salary: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
