The company is now building an AI CFO agent that automates finance workflows across lending, accounting, banking, deductions, and email operations. Spring has already built its own loan management systems, payment rails, and financial analysis infrastructure — creating a unique foundation for AI-native financial automation.
About The Role
This is a founding Product Manager role owning the AI CFO agent product surface area. You will work directly with engineers inside the product repo, drive customer discovery with CPG founders and finance teams, and ship lightweight engineering and design work when necessary. This is not a passive PM role — it is a builder seat for a high-agency product operator.

- High agency and strong communication skills
- Systems-thinking mindset
- Deep AI-native fluency — daily use of Claude, Cursor, agent frameworks, or similar tools
- Comfortable working closely with engineers
- Willing to perform light engineering and design work
- Strong product instincts
- NYC-based or willing to relocate
