About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing multi-skilled teams across geographies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of technical initiatives in domains such as retail, eCommerce, or supply chain.
Mandatory Skills & Technical Knowledge
- 8 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 6 years leading technology-driven initiatives.
- Proven technical project and people management experience, including stakeholder management across global teams.
- Lead large-scale, technical programs end-to-end: define scope, deliverables, objectives, roadmap, and success criteria in alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (business, engineering, operations, external partners), managing communications, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management) and drive Agile execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, DevOps, operations) to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, automation, and productivity (including AI-based productivity tools).
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of:
- JIRA & Confluence (for Agile planning, documentation)
- ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool)
- MS Project (or advanced project planning tools)
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks:
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- APIs and integration architectures
- Kafka, Pub-Sub / event-driven systems
- Cassandra (or other NoSQL databases)
- DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation
- Strong track record defining program roadmaps, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to track and report program metrics (e.g., velocity, quality, cost) and translate them into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional, multi-geography teams.
Excellent communication: able to clearly communicate with senior leadership, both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
