The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its growing team. This is a highly entrepreneurial, client-facing role offering significantly more ownership than traditional consulting environments.
You will lead engagements end-to-end, working directly with private equity clients and their portfolio companies across commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation initiatives, while helping shape a next-generation, AI-enabled consulting model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation projects for private equity clients
- Own workstreams end-to-end, from hypothesis generation and analysis through to client-ready insights and recommendations
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders (PE investors, portfolio company executives) and build trusted client relationships
- Leverage our clients AI-enabled platform to accelerate research, synthesis, and insight generation
- Translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and AI-enabled workflows
- Support business growth through thought partnership, client development, and firm-building initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Background from MBB or top-tier strategy consulting firm (or strong Tier 2 equivalent)
- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to private equity and/or commercial due diligence
- Strong track record of leading workstreams and delivering high-impact strategic insights
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in growth strategy, market analysis, or transaction-related work is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership, pace, and impact beyond traditional consulting models
- Interest in the intersection of AI, technology, and consulting transformation
