About the Firm

We are a leading global advisor focused exclusively on private markets. With a track record spanning over three decades, our firm has advised on more than $160 billion in secondary transactions, supporting institutional investors and fund managers across the full spectrum of private equity, infrastructure, and private credit strategies.

Our dedicated secondaries team operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, delivering tailored liquidity solutions through GP-led and LP-led transactions, continuation vehicles, and complex portfolio restructurings. We are known for our rigorous process execution, deep market insight, and ability to navigate the most intricate and innovative deal structures in the industry.

By combining strategic advisory with global distribution capabilities, we help clients achieve optimal outcomes in an increasingly sophisticated and competitive secondary market.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst II to join our dynamic Secondaries Advisory team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile secondary transactions across private equity, real assets, and credit strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on deal execution experience, having seen transactions through to close, and possess at least one year of experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end execution of secondary transactions, including GP-led and LP-led processes, continuation vehicles, strip sales, and preferred equity structures.
  • Client Advisory: Assist in advising institutional investors and fund managers on strategic liquidity solutions, portfolio optimization, and fund recapitalizations.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transaction structures, pricing scenarios, and investor returns.
  • Marketing & Process Management: Prepare marketing materials, manage data rooms, coordinate due diligence, and facilitate investor outreach and syndication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in negotiations and communications with clients, buyers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, including LPACs.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and maintain a deep understanding of secondary market trends, investor appetite, and transaction structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, or secondary market transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing deals from start to close - not solely pitch work.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer

  • Exposure to some of the most innovative and complex secondary transactions globally.
  • A collaborative team environment with professionals across the US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development within a leading advisory platform.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
