About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst II to join our dynamic Secondaries Advisory team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile secondary transactions across private equity, real assets, and credit strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on deal execution experience, having seen transactions through to close, and possess at least one year of experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, or a closely related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end execution of secondary transactions, including GP-led and LP-led processes, continuation vehicles, strip sales, and preferred equity structures.
- Client Advisory: Assist in advising institutional investors and fund managers on strategic liquidity solutions, portfolio optimization, and fund recapitalizations.
- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transaction structures, pricing scenarios, and investor returns.
- Marketing & Process Management: Prepare marketing materials, manage data rooms, coordinate due diligence, and facilitate investor outreach and syndication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in negotiations and communications with clients, buyers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, including LPACs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and maintain a deep understanding of secondary market trends, investor appetite, and transaction structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, or secondary market transactions.
- Demonstrated experience in executing deals from start to close - not solely pitch work.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
