Weekend Barista – "Liquid Artist" (Saturday & Sunday Only)
Elevate the Brunch Experience at Dali Crepes! Dali Crepes is looking for a Weekend Barista to join our elite Saturday and Sunday "Brunch Sprint" team. This is not just a coffee job; you are our Coffee Artist, responsible for the final polish on our gourmet coffee program, specialty lattes, and smoothies.

Your Role (The Liquid Artist):
- High-Speed Mastery: Maintain drink ticket times of under 5 minutes during peak rushes while ensuring every cup meets Dali standards.
- Precision & Art: Master gourmet coffee builds, specialty lattes, frappes, and garnishing smoothies to be "Instagram-ready".
- Station Ownership: Keep the bar immaculate and restocked so our "Elite 7" weekend team functions with total efficiency.
- Experience: Previous high-volume barista experience is required; latte art skills are a major plus.
- Sprint Mentality: Ability to maintain a "cool head" and high speed during our intense 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM peak.
- Availability: Specifically looking for Saturday and Sunday specialists (shifts are typically 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
Compensation:
- Base Wage: $17.00 – $19.00/hr (depending on experience).
- Tips: Participation in our 20% Production Tip Pool.
- Total Estimated Take-Home: $21 – $23 per hour.
