KEY RESULTS:                                                                  

• Learn menus and your restaurant’s “hooks” inside out
• Master all POS functions
• Treat every guest as if they were our only guest
• Deliver consistently superior food & beverage experiences
• Recognize & suggest sales opportunities every guest, every table, every time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a server preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to thrive under pressure and stay focused
• Great attention to detail and communication skills
• Willing to learn or show off your latte art skills
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and up to 25 hours/week
• Able to work across multiple locations if needed

Compensation & Perks:
