Your Role (The Sales Architect):
- Drive Revenue: Master our menu of artisanal savory crepes and gourmet sweet crepes to provide expert recommendations and upselling of alcohol and specialty lattes.
- Hospitality Excellence: Maintain the "Dali Eye" for detail—ensuring 30-second greetings and 2-minute check-backs.
- Efficient Turns: Collaborate with our Server Assistants to flip tables in under 3 minutes during our high-energy weekend Brunch Sprints.
- Precision Service: Use tech-forward tools to maintain ticket times under 15 minutes while ensuring every guest experience feels premium.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in fine-dining or high-volume boutique settings is highly preferred. Previous high-volume barista experience is required; latte art skills are a major plus.
- Sales Mindset: A passion for upselling and increasing the guest experience through drink pairings.
- Elite Standards: Ability to multitask with a "cool head" during the intense Saturday/Sunday brunch rush.
- Availability: Must be available for weekend and evening shifts.

Compensation:
