We’re looking for an experienced Tax Manager for a highly regarded High Net Worth practice. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies. This position regularly collaborates with leading investment advisors, estate attorneys, and trust law firms.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive solutions and guidance on complex financial, tax, and estate planning matters.
Lead client engagements from start to finish, overseeing deliverables such as financial statements, tax returns, and work papers.
Manage, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Partner with leadership on business development, client meetings, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-serving and growth.
Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget, including engagement budgeting, billing, and realization management.
Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging planning strategies to better serve clients.
CPA required, Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
6 years of experience in public accounting.
