We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant to join a leading investment management firm in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing meetings proactively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itinerary planning and logistical arrangements.
- Organize and oversee meeting logistics, ensuring seamless coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and produce high-quality, detail-oriented materials, including client reports, presentations, and meeting preparation packets.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as mail management, maintaining file systems, and processing expense reports.
- Provide support for special projects, including event planning and managing high-profile visitors.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business objectives.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional services environment (investment management preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- High level of attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and evolving priorities.
