This is a 12 month contract with strong potential to extend, offering a pay rate of $32-35/hour (depending on experience). - Develop and tailor engaging content for social platforms—including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit—with a focus on investor education and brand awareness.
- Simplify complex financial topics into clear, compelling, and compliant messaging that aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, creative, and marketing strategy teams to ensure smooth, timely execution of content.
- Monitor social performance metrics and provide strategic input to refine storytelling and engagement tactics.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving best practices to support continuous content innovation.
- Oversee the content development process, managing calendars, drafts, and review cycles with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial services marketing, with a strong interest in investment management; familiarity with the financial advisory space is a plus.
- Proven background in content creation for retail banking, financial services, or investment-related topics.
- Hands-on experience using social media content tools across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit, with the ability to tailor content to each audience.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, particularly in creating content that educates and engages retail investors.
- Skilled at translating complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social media posts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable and solution-oriented, able to shift quickly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
