About The Role

Our firm is partnering with a global leader in pest management and commercial services to identify a Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) Administrator to support one of its nationwide field service divisions. This role sits within a Safety, Health & Environmental function and plays a critical part in managing auto liability claims, supporting safety programs, and reducing organizational risk.

The SH&E Administrator will work cross-functionally with safety, operations, finance, risk management, and legal teams to ensure claims are documented, managed, and resolved efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is interested in insurance claims, safety operations, and administrative support within a field-based service environment.

Job Description

The SH&E Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Safety, Health & Environmental team, with a primary focus on auto liability and property damage claims. This role is responsible for helping manage the full lifecycle of claims, from intake through resolution, while supporting initiatives that reduce risk and financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with the intake, evaluation, investigation, documentation, communication, and tracking of auto liability claims
  • Perform exposure and coverage determinations, basic cost estimation, and claim case management
  • Coordinate claims from initial notification through closure
  • Communicate claim notifications, findings, and updates to internal stakeholders, including safety, operations, finance, administration, risk management, and legal teams
  • Support management efforts to minimize claim exposure and reduce financial loss
  • Obtain and organize documentation such as records, statements, and applicable regulations related to claims or incidents
  • Investigate the scope and details of claims and incidents
  • Provide administrative support for the division’s vehicle dash camera program
  • Provide administrative support for safety training programs and leading-indicator tracking and recordkeeping

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1 year of experience in insurance claims or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no immigration sponsorship available)

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Safety, Insurance, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of experience handling auto liability insurance claims
  • Experience working with multi-line insurance carriers
  • Prior exposure to pest control, field services, or mobile workforce environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
