\n- End-User & Helpdesk Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests from staff across D&M Leasing and Four Stars Auto Group locations.
- Provide timely, effective, and courteous support in person, via telephone, and through our ticketing system for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems related to workstations (desktops/laptops), printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Create and maintain user accounts, manage permissions in accordance with company policy, and perform password resets in a timely manner.
- Dealership Systems & Application Management
- Provide essential frontline support for our core business applications, including our Dealer Management System (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Act as a key liaison between our staff and third-party software vendors to accurately report, track, and facilitate the resolution of application-level bugs and system integration issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various business-specific software applications, ensuring they perform optimally to meet business needs.
- Infrastructure & Hardware Management
- Perform the installation, configuration, and upgrading of PCs, laptops, and related equipment for new employees and as part of the scheduled hardware lifecycle.
- Maintain a precise and up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripheral assets.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on critical hardware and systems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Manage and troubleshoot local network connectivity, including wired network jacks, Wi-Fi access points, and VPN connections for authorized users.
- Security & Compliance
- Support the enforcement of the company's data security policies and procedures, helping to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as the FTC Safeguards Rule.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor security software, including antivirus and anti-malware solutions, on all company endpoints to protect against cyber threats.
- Assist in educating end-users on security best practices to help mitigate common risks like phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks.
- Required (Must-Haves)
- Proven expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (11) and the Microsoft 365/Office suite.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self-motivated and team-oriented individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred (Value-Add)
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience providing IT support within an auto dealership or the broader automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience supporting a major Dealer Management System (DMS) such as CDK, Dealertrack, or DealerSocket.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A or CompTIA Network .
- Familiarity with Active Directory for user and group management.

- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Henrietta, TX location.
- The role involves periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- The candidate must be able to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers, monitors, and printers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers is required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components.
- Occasional travel to other dealership locations within the Four Stars Auto Group may be required for on-site support.
