The Wholesale Operations Manager is a key member for our B2B business and partnerships. They will be primarily responsible for all of the day-to-day wholesale operations. They will work closely with Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Care. The Wholesale Operations Manager is a key member for our B2B business and partnerships. They will be primarily responsible for all of the day-to-day wholesale operations. They will work closely with Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Care. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work closely with Production team counterparts to monitor sales and inventory to manage replenishment cadence, submit/acknowledge POs, track vendor lead times, and collaborate with internal teams on capacity planning and timelines.
- Manage the routing process through shipment, coordinating with our warehouse team and ensuring compliance with each retailer’s shipping requirements.
- Monitor and resolve chargebacks and compliance issues, proactively identifying process improvements to minimize future risk and cost.
- Build and maintain dashboards for inventory flow and on-time/in-full delivery metrics.
- Share weekly operational updates with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with production, Warehouse and Customer service teams to ensure all aspects of execution—from initial launch to in-season replenishment—are optimized.
- Identify and implement process improvements to scale wholesale operations efficiently, supporting new doors, departments, and product categories as we expand.
- Troubleshoot order or shipping issues with speed and diplomacy
- Responsible for EDI entries, processing and communication through EDI system and Netsuite.
- Management of non-direct wholesale platforms (ie: VEX for Net-a-Porter) will include shipping documentation and prep, related shipping approvals and management of trackers /system updates with POD, tracing info etc.
- Partner with Logistics on all Product Certification requirements (ie: certificates of origin and content request).
- Partner with the Finance and Production team to complete various vendor forms related to product info (Vendor set-up, sustainability requirements, product testing and attributes).
- Assist in operational elements/shipping of custom displays, hangers, furniture and buildouts for special wholesale events and pop ups.
- Responsible for managing the wholesale calendar start to finish ensuring that orders flow efficiently from order receipt until handoff of goods.
- Own system accuracy for wholesale pricing, terms, and inventory management

- 4–6 years of wholesale operations or retail logistics experience at an apparel company preferred.
- Experience with EDI a strong plus, deep knowledge of PO workflows, item setup protocols, retailer compliance, and routing logistics
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with inventory reports, fulfillment schedules, and operational KPIs
- A solutions-oriented individual with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Experience working with high-end or multi-brand retailers across UK, USA, EU, Asia
- Solution-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
