- Strategy & Program Development
- Build SET Active's wholesale strategy and roadmap, aligned with overall brand and business goals.
- Define program structures, pricing models, order minimums, margin expectations, and distribution guidelines.
- Develop wholesale-specific policies, playbooks, and account management processes.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with retailers (from specialty boutiques to major accounts).
- Own relationship management, from initial outreach to ongoing partnership growth.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and promotional opportunities to maximize profitability and brand alignment.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Oversee wholesale order processes, timelines, and account communication.
- Build reporting tools to track wholesale sales, profitability, and partner performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand, marketing, and product teams to align wholesale initiatives with product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure wholesale strategy supports - and never dilutes - our DTC-first brand experience.
- 5 years of wholesale, sales, or distribution experience in apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of building and scaling wholesale programs, ideally from early stage.
- Strong network and established relationships with key retail buyers is a plus.
- Deep understanding of wholesale pricing structures, retail math, and margins.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - able to build systems and processes from scratch while executing day-to-day.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
