Revenue Management Leader – Luxury HospitalityJob SummaryThis role serves as the commercial backbone of the organization, responsible for maximizing total room revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, positioning, and inventory management across all lodging products within scope. The position owns revenue strategy for transient, group, and wholesale segments, identifies incremental revenue opportunities, and ensures seamless execution across properties.Acting as a strategic partner to General Managers, sales leaders, owners, and key stakeholders, this role translates market intelligence into actionable strategies that consistently drive RevPAR growth and market share gains.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Analysis & ReportingAnalyze internal systems, period-end data, and market intelligence to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.Monitor transient booking patterns and provide regular segment updates with actionable insights.Conduct weekly and monthly STAR analysis to evaluate strategy effectiveness, competitive performance, and market share opportunities.Support RevPAR Index forecasting and develop annual room revenue budgets.Maintain accuracy across reservation systems and distribution channels to ensure optimal market positioning.Deliver timely, accurate reports and presentations that support data-driven decisions.Revenue Strategy & OptimizationProvide strategic input into market-level sales and pricing strategies.Serve as the revenue management subject-matter expert for property leadership teams.Ensure pricing strategies and rate controls are clearly communicated, implemented, and dynamically adjusted as market conditions change.Partner with hotels on pricing decisions and business evaluations.Continuously enhance revenue management processes and ensure effective use of Property Diagnostic Processes (PDP) to maximize profitability.Stakeholder Engagement & LeadershipCommunicate brand initiatives, demand insights, and market trends to hotels, clusters, franchise partners, and owners.Align revenue, sales, and hotel leadership teams around a unified market strategy.Build strong, collaborative relationships and maintain credibility as a trusted business advisor.Provide clear and timely updates on performance, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Candidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree (2-year) from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related commercial role.Prior Marriott brand revenue management experience is essential.Luxury hospitality revenue management experience strongly preferred.Caribbean market revenue management experience preferred.Demonstrated success in driving RevPAR growth and increasing market share in a comparable role.Work ArrangementRemote/hybrid working availableRegular travel to the property is requiredCompensation & BenefitsUSD 70,000 – 80,000 annual salary (tax-free)
