Job Summary
Set rate and channel strategy to maximize total revenue across both resorts. Use data and market insight to sell the right room to the right guest at the right price.
What You'll Do
Including but not limited to:
- Set yield strategy and approve rate changes across both resorts
- Build and maintain demand forecasts
- Manage distribution channels, costs, and rate parity
- Monitor the competitive set and act on market shifts
- Lead total revenue strategy with Sales, F&B, and Spa
What You Bring
- 6 years in hotel revenue management, with 3 years in leadership
- Experience with revenue management and forecasting systems
- Knowledge of online distribution and channel management
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Yield management and critical thinking, with the ability to build revenue forecasts and explain budget variances
- A clear voice with executives and department leaders
- Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
