Kubricky Construction Corp., a leader in today’s civil construction industry is looking for Bridge Carpenters to join our growing team. As a member of the D.A. Collins Family of Companies, you will become a valued member of a family owned and operated company that prioritizes safety above all and does a variety of work including, but not limited to, heavy highway construction, bridge building and remediation and dam rehabilitation. You will gain vast construction experience and have opportunities to grow within the company.

Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of tasks that will include having to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, stretch, walk, climb and bend under potentially adverse field conditions and be able to perform visual tasks such as back up spotting and hear and react to back up alarms, per safety protocol
- Ability to set up and/or build forms
- Communicate with owners, DOT, and Inspectors
- Oversee compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Lead by example in the areas of safety, work product and work ethic
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in bridge construction
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to report to work on time
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Must be willing to travel
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (Drug Free Employer
Compensation:

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
