Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Professionally answering and directing calls from a multi-line phone system

• Greeting onsite visitors

• Receiving and distribution of deliveries

• Track and organize inventory and order supplies as needed

• Data entry

• Administrative requests as assigned by supervisor

Essential Functions:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within a deadline

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Excel

• Ability to work independently and part of a team

• Applicant must pay careful attention to detail and demonstrate strong organizational skills

• Punctuality is essential

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

SALARY RANGE: $19.00 - $22.00/Hour

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
