Hands-on Talent Acquisition leader responsible for building and scaling the recruiting function, driving workforce planning, and delivering full-cycle hiring execution. Owns hiring strategy, systems, analytics, and team performance with direct impact on business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own workforce planning and hiring strategy aligned to business and revenue goals
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across inbound, outbound, referrals, and external partners
- Manage offers, compensation, and hiring governance within approved frameworks
- Lead and develop TA team (Coordinator and Operations support)
- Own ATS end-to-end, including workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and process standardization
- Build and scale recruiting processes to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure strong employee experience and compliance
- Deliver hiring analytics and executive reporting (time-to-hire, pipeline, conversion, retention)
- Manage vendors, background check processes, and external recruiting partners
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on talent strategy and hiring priorities
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting with full-cycle ownership
- Proven experience building or improving recruiting processes and systems
- Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows
- Advanced sourcing experience (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals, social channels)
- Strong understanding of hiring metrics and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing or mentoring TA team members
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence hiring managers and leadership
- Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance (EEO, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
Salary Range:
$130-160k
